RTR Teacher Residency is a highly selective teacher residency program that recruits, prepares, and supports the retention of extraordinary, inspiring teachers and teacher leaders who are committed to social justice and the disruption of educational inequities for systemically underserved public school students. This program is fully-funded. This is a fully-funded program, which means your tuition through your duration of the program is FREE and you get an additional living stipend and more!

RTR is looking for individuals who have a desire to teach in high-needs, hard-to-staff, and historically marginalized schools, who are passionate about social justice and equity in education.

We have prepared more than 350+ teachers in the last 13 years…Teachers who have gone on to serve numerous students and make a difference in the classroom and beyond as they advance in their careers. This is a fully-funded program, which means your tuition during your duration of the program is FREE! You will get an additional stipend as well.
