Regular, Full-Time, RCUH Non-Civil Service position with the Department of Health (DOH), Adult Mental Health Division (AMHD), located in Honolulu, Hawai’i. Telework (from employee’s residence city and state) may be permissible subject to review and approval by Principal Investigator and RCUH. Continuation of employment is dependent upon program/operational needs, satisfactory work performance, availability of funds, and compliance with applicable Federal/State laws. 

MONTHLY SALARY:  $4,919/Mon. 

DUTIES:  Trains end user staff in all aspects of computer use with particular focus on documentation of services in the electronic medical record. Trains on all disciplines who serve persons with mental health, co-occurring and substance abuse disorders. Training will include but not be limited to basic computer skills, navigation and input of vitals, assessments and progress notes in the electronic medical record in accordance with division policies and procedures as well as standard operation procedures. Utilizes prepared training materials and draft proposed training materials. Documents attendance and test results at training sessions. Participates with subject matter experts in preparation of and revision of training materials. Provides feedback to administration on training. Assists electronic medical record staff to ensure compliance with state and federally mandated processes and procedures. This includes tracking and logging of technical issues, troubleshooting with the end user and ensuring validation of input screens.
