Description
Are you interested in learning about private equity, banking, or entrepreneurship? In this role you’ll gain exposure to thousands of US-based small businesses, learning how to identify, connect to, and acquire potential targets.
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, accounting, or liberal arts graduating between June 2024 and June 2027
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
• Interest in learning about business models, financial analysis, and gaining exposure to companies across the business services and technology landscape
• Passion for high quality work and the ability to consistently deliver throughout the internship
• An interest in pursuing personal and professional growth by learning new principles
• Excellent behavioral and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office — specifically Excel
Responsibilities
• Source and evaluate potential investments
• Assist with financial modeling and deal structuring
• Prepare competitive market analyses and development model analyses for pipeline opportunities
• Manage broker deal pipeline
Additional Details
This internship has flexible start and end dates, with a 15 hour per week commitment for a minimum of 12 weeks.
