Office Support Assistant

Our team is seeking an energetic, creative, and well-organized professional who is responsible for assisting our Role Model Manager and Family Placement Manager, supporting tasks such as scheduling, handling last-minute callouts, family/nanny communications, nanny placement support, and management of business support processes. 

Time Commitment: 

  • Monday-Friday 10am-3pm
  • Two On Call weekends a month ($125/weekend)

Pay Rate:

  • $15/hr with an increase to $16/hr after one month in the role.

  • Order fulfillment for childcare service lines
  • Support for employee tasks such as timesheet entry, availability management, and communications (employee callouts, questions, etc)
  • Consistent use of CNeT tools to include scheduling, communication notes, order creation, and family/employee profile updates
  • Assisting Role Model Manager with orientation preparation
  • Completes special projects and other admin activities as needed to support the HR Manager.
  • Assistance with employee meet-ups, training, and events
  • Data input into ADP
  • Maintain monthly social media content calendars
  • Monitor social media conversations
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new ideas for social media advertising

Qualifications:

  • Combination of education and at least six months of applicable business experience
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Computer and technology proficient with demonstrated aptitude using Microsoft Office or other business applications and software

Office Environment:  Works in a clean, bright, and well-lit office
