HR assistant/ Business Administration
We are currently looking for a student or graduate to join our team to assist with human resources and loss prevention. You would be working and reporting to our onstaff CPA, HR Manager and Owner. This job requires communication with employees at our 26 locations, ability to build and upload spreadsheets, and data entry to track loss in stores and compare loss to schedules. Candidate must also be willing to watch video to observe details of various types of theft-- time, cash or product. Canidate will also be assisting with Open Enrollment and maintaining employee files, This job does not require prior experience or knowledge of our industry. This is an opportunity to learn 1st hand about the challenges facing a retail business with today/'s workforce.
This is a full or parttime paid position. Pay will be based on previous experience. This gives you an opportunity to learn current business challenges in a real world setting.
