Customer Karting Associate- Part time
High Voltage Karting is looking for GREAT (or even just good) people to join our dwindling (off to away college or getting grown up jobs – which is our ultimate goal for the “kids”!) team. Ideally we are looking for longer term team members (our average tenure right now is over 1.5 yrs!). We find the best team members at High Voltage are college commuting (Akron, Kent, Tri-C, etc.), Medina County living students who are enthusiastic and enjoy helping our guests have a safe and fun time! We are willing to train (maybe a 10 minute overview of 101 things you need to know and remember) our ideal candidate who:
--Is Hard Working (shows up for your interview, even better your first day!)
--Is able to work with a team (can work by themselves doing everything because others are "getting water or going to the bathroom")
--Follows directions well (understands a dictatorship [but 3 managers, 3 opinions how to do it, so know how to average or change every shift change])
--Can work in a fast paced environment (survive a crazy / fast paced environment Saturday night then come right back for more 10 hours later Sunday morning with a smile)
