You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:
• Actively participate in pathology projects at the lab bench, greenhouse and field (~90% of total activity)
• Direct daily and weekly activities of support staff related to routine application activities
• Provide training and support, as needed, for activities in application
• Keep records of lab and greenhouse activities, and generate reports and summaries required in routine application in a timely and accurate manner
• Set objectives of support team and conduct performance reviews, in conjunction with direct supervisor approval
• Support station phytosanitary requirements by site location
Job requirements

- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in plant pathology or microbiological sciences or equivalent or Associate's degree plus experience in plant pathology or agricultural research
