Human Resources Co-op - (Spring 2024 Semester - January Start) - 23011364
AS A HUMAN RESOURCES CO-OP, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO YOU:
- Assisting with Co-op, Salaried, and/or Hourly Recruiting
- Reviewing resumes and assisting managers with the recruitment process
- Scheduling and conducting interviews
- Assisting with new hire orientation and paperwork
- Supporting communication plans
- Assisting with employee and labor relations, morale events, and recognition programs

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration or related degree
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the scheduled semester
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship for this role will not be provided
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 GPA or higher
- Sophomore or higher class status
- Previous related co-op/intern experience in HR (corporate or manufacturing environment) or customer service.
- Reliable transportation- Sidney has multiple locations and will need own transportation for commuting.
