Responsibilities:
- Intellectual Property Strategy, Valuation & Monetization
- Legal Research, Analysis & Insights
- Contract Drafting, Review & Compliance
- Risk Mitigation & Proactive Legal Measures
- Interdepartmental Collaboration & Compliance
- Intellectual Property Drafting & Management
- Collaborate with the team to identify legal risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Research legal prospects related to Heir8fied’s business development.
Qualifications:
- Exposure & understanding to IP & patents from search, draft & response to patent office (USPTO & WIPO).
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's, Master's, or JD degree in Law.
- Interest in technology, intellectual property, and global regulations, particularly in finance and crypto.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills..
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills (Scrum preferred).
- Passion for blockchain, crypto, NFTs, and the Metaverse.
