- Polen Capital’s intern program is open to rising college or university seniors (graduating in December 2024 or Spring 2025)
Duration
- 9 weeks beginning in June 2024
- Interns must be able to commit to the full length of the program
- All internships are in person, paid, and include housing and travel assistance
Deadline

As an Undergraduate Summer Intern, you will:
- Gain hands-on exposure to our asset management business, investment philosophy and process
- Participate in leadership and skill-based training, speaker series, and firmwide events alongside full-time employees and fellow Summer Interns
- Collaborate with team members to produce tangible results on projects that are a business imperative to the firm
- Complete a Capstone Project and present results to the firm, in addition to supplemental team project work
Summer Interns may be considered for full-time roles post-graduation.
Groups
Internships are available in the following groups: location availability may vary by group. You will be asked during the interview process which roles you would like to be considered for.
Analytics & Technology
Investment Analytics (Boca Raton, Boston) supports portfolio management and investment research initiatives with statistical, data-driven analyses
- Required Skills: Python and SQL, machine learning models, statistics and probability with research on empirical data
Business Intelligence
- Required Skills: SQL, Python, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, Cloud Architecture and services
Data & Applications (Boca Raton) develops and manages business application data integrations, descriptive analytics outputs, and the automation which orchestrates these integrations and outputs
- Required Skills: Angular, SQL, Python
Data Governance (Boca Raton, Boston) supports enterprise-wide data governance activities to improve quality, integrity and availability of data.
- Required Skills: SQL, Groovy and Java
Infrastructure (Boca Raton, Boston) designs, manages, and supports hardware, software, and network essentials. Includes, servers, data storage, network switches and firewalls.
- Required Skills: Understanding of network systems and network protocols. Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Linux) and server architecture. Windows automation; PowerShell.
Marketing (Boca Raton, Boston)
Marketing Analytics: Analyze customer behaviors, identify high propensity target audiences, and provide recommendations to deepen engagement across the customer journey.
- Required Skills: PowerBI or Tableau experience preferred
Digital Marketing: Guides the firm's strategic marketing initiatives, from our global brand to digital strategy, and ensures consistent messaging across all internal and external communications, from corporate and product to web and social media.
- Required Skills: Information and web design experience preferred
