Sodexo Intern - Campus Food

Our Sodexo Strategic Internship Program - Culinary is looking for an intern to join our team at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, New York. Interns come from across the country to support our clients as bakers, cooks, pastry chefs, catering workers, sous chefs, and kitchen supervisors. Demonstrate your skills as a Sodexo intern at  as you rotate through the Sodexo-led food service operation. This includes supporting catering, campus and marketing events, food quality audits, menu tastings, and new menu rolling outs. 
 
Critical Qualifications/ Competencies:
 
  • Bring your basic knife skills
  • Baking experience 
  • Food Safety knowledge
  • Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year culinary program
