The Human Resources Intern is a dedicated and enthusiastic Intern who would like to expand their college or work experience by working with an organization committed to improving academic outcomes for children.
Responsibilities
- Handle confidential information and personnel documents
- Perform onboarding and orientation
- Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants
- Use HRIS to track and manage applicants
- Assist in other HR projects under the HR manager and HR Associate
Education and Qualifications
· Must possess a Bachelors degree or be a current Bachelors degree
student in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business,
· Communications, or a related field.
· Must have computer knowledge in Microsoft Office.
· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reports to: Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Associate
Days per week: Mondays - Thursdays
Duration: August 7th - December 15th
Hours of operation: 8am - 5pm
Hours per week: 20 hours
Rate of Pay: Stipend through UNT- Dallas Experiential Learning OR Course Credit through UNT – Dallas
