As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Delphos Wireless a Cricket authorized dealer. We strive to give the best customer service possible. Smiles for miles. Responsibilities:

· Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures

· Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding toward the needs of your customer

· Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family or business

· Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features

· Sell all wireless and entertainment products and services offered by the company and meet all sales objectives

· Handle all administrative aspects including but not limited to inventory count, receiving and updating product inventory, updating compliance reports, accepting customer payments, and assisting customers with necessary applications

· Complete and attend weekly training and or huddles in accordance with your team and leaders

· Work with wireless leaders to stand out, serve and succeed

· Represent our Company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy

Delphos Wireless offers various services and products, operating as an Authorized Cricket Retailer.
