Élitis, is a leading brand in the high-end textiles, wallcoverings, and rugs, is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Sales Associate to join our team in Florida. We serve an exclusive clientele of interior designers, providing them with a range of uniquely creative products and outstanding customer support. If you have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for design, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

·     Assist interior designers in selecting and matching textiles, wallcoverings, and rugs from our extensive product range.
·     Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to requests for samples, quotes, and orders.
·     Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with our clientele, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
·     Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, industry trends, and design styles.
·     Collaborate with our internal design and production teams to fulfill custom orders and ensure timely delivery.
·     Manage and update the showroom inventory, ensuring it is visually appealing and accurately represents our diverse product range.
·     Attend and participate in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote Élitis and network with potential customers.
·     Generate sales leads and achieve sales targets by proactively identifying opportunities to expand our client base.

Requirements:

·     A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales and/or customer service role, preferably within the design industry.
·     Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
·     A strong understanding of the interior design industry and the ability to provide knowledgeable recommendations on product selections.
·     Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPI’s.
·     Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
·     Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
·     Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
·     Availability to travel occasionally for trade shows and events
·     Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds
