Blue & Gold Brewing Venture Associate | Blue & Gold Ventures

Hired Venture Associates are responsible for managing the development, promotion, and launch of a 2023-2024 Blue & Gold Brewing product (either beer or coffee) in collaboration with alumni-owned and/or Milwaukee-based business owners as well as managing the Blue & Gold Brewing LLC student-run business.

Employees will work in partnership with project leaders, product experts, and team members to select flavor profiles, names, package designs, and marketing/sales strategies for their team's product. Employees will also be responsible for developing narrative and storytelling assets for strategized communication efforts on social media and website pages and engage with press/media by participating in interviews and providing quotes.

Venture Associates will also participate in product announcements and launch events, including product promotion and the selling of merchandise. Additional, specialized responsibilities will be determined based on the area of interest and expertise of hired Venture Associates, including but not limited to graphic design, finance, marketing, sales, communication, etc.
