Data Analytics Intern
Responsibilities:
- Analyze career outcomes data to find trends
- Use IPEDS data to compare UTK student success with other, similar institutions
- Create visualizations and reports to organize and display data; present to staff
- Assist with other assessment projects
As a data analytics intern, you will gain key competencies employers are looking for, including:

Qualifications:
Must be a current UTK student. Prefer majors in business analytics, statistics, sociology, or other majors with relevant experience; must have an understanding of R; helpful to have a course in statistics or data science; High level of skill with Excel and ability to learn other technologies; Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills; Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
