Partnership Coordinator / Marketing Intern Job Description:

As an RR Partnership Coordinator / Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our partnership coordination team in identifying and reaching out to potential brands to work with
our clients. This position will provide you with an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in
sales and partnerships in the sports and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

1) Identify and research potential brands that align with our clients' values and interests:
a) The Partnership Coordinator / Marketing Intern will research and compile a list of
potential brands that could be a good fit for our clients, based on their interests, values,
and target audience. This may involve researching brands that are currently sponsoring
or partnering with similar athletes or influencers or identifying brands that are active in
our clients' particular sport or niche.
b) The Partnership Coordinator / Marketing Intern will be responsible for maintaining a
detailed database of potential partners and keeping it up to date with relevant
information (i.e. Marketing agency contacts in the RR Contacts - Agencies spreadsheet
and brand contacts in the RR Contacts - Brands spreadsheet).
2) Reach out to potential brands to introduce our clients and discuss potential partnership
opportunities:
a) Once the list of potential partners has been compiled, the Partnership Coordinator /
Marketing Intern will be responsible for finding the correct contacts within those brands
and reaching out to those contacts to introduce our clients and discuss potential
partnership opportunities. This may involve cold calling or emailing or using other
channels such as social media or LinkedIn. The Partnership Coordinator / Marketing
Intern will be responsible for crafting compelling and personalized pitches that highlight
the unique value that our clients can bring to the brand.
3) Assist in developing sales strategies to pitch our clients to potential partners:
a) The Partnership Coordinator / Marketing Intern will work closely with the partnership
coordination team to develop strategies that are tailored to the needs and interests of
each potential partner. This may involve creating customized proposals or presentations
that highlight our clients' strengths and showcase how they can help the brand achieve
its marketing goals.
4) Assist in drafting partnership proposals and presentations:
a) Once a potential partner has expressed interest in working with our clients, the
Partnership Coordinator / Marketing Intern will work with the partnership coordination
team to draft partnership proposals and presentations that outline the terms of the
partnership, including deliverables, compensation, and timelines. The intern will be
responsible for ensuring that these proposals are accurate, professional, and aligned
with both the client's and the partner's goals.
5) Help manage and update our client database, including keeping track of all communication
with potential partners:
a) The Partnership Coordinator / Marketing Intern will be responsible for managing and
updating our client database, including keeping track of all communication with
potential partners. This may involve using tools such as emails, calls, and meetings, and
ensuring that all relevant information is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
6) Participate in meetings with clients and other RR management to discuss potential
partnership opportunities:
a) The Partnership Coordinator / Marketing Intern may also be responsible for
participating in meetings with clients and other RR members to discuss potential
partnership opportunities. This may involve providing updates on the progress of
outreach and negotiations or providing input on the best strategies for engaging with a
particular brand.
7) Negotiate deals for our athletes and influencers to work with brands:
a) The Partnership Coordinator / Marketing Intern may be involved in negotiating deals for
our athletes and influencers to work with brands. This may involve reviewing and
revising contract terms, working with legal team to ensure compliance with all relevant
laws and regulations, and ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the terms of the
partnership.

Requirements for Marketing Intern:
1) Currently enrolled in a marketing, business, or related program, or a recent graduate.
2) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Proactive and creative mindset, with a willingness to think outside the box
4) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
5) Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies, and comfortable with conducting market
research.
6) Knowledge of social media platforms and experience with social media marketing.
7) A passion for the sports and entertainment industry and a desire to learn and grow in this
field.

Overall, the Partnership Coordinator / Marketing Intern will play a critical role in helping our
agency identify and secure new partnership opportunities for our clients and will be a key
contributor to our success in the sports and entertainment industry.
