Mental Health Nurse - Hiring Incentive

MENTAL HEALTH FULL TIME RN – HIRING INCENTIVE $2000

$2,000.00 New Hire Sign on Bonus, $1,000.00 paid at 120 days, $1000.00 paid at 365 days. No contract or length of terms
· $31.86 per hour with the first increase in 180 days to $33.40
  (Starting wages may vary based on past experience & qualifications)
·        Additional $1.25 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
·        Additional $3.19 per hour for hours worked 2:30 pm – 7:00 am
·        Additional hourly retention supplements available for education and certifications up to 15%
·        Annual increases each year up to $44.56 with an additional longevity supplement after 5 years
of service

What You Will Do:
·        Serve in a fundamental role as an interdisciplinary treatment team member for psychiatric
patients creating and executing treatment plans
·        Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior, condition, & response to medication
·        As charge nurse, initiate and direct psychiatric and nursing care for patients and provide
support for nursing staff while promoting a positive and safe environment for recovery
·        Contributes vital input on records, plans, and reports
·        Facilitate patient group activities
