Senior Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

The Midwest Area Finance Organization is looking for a dynamic individual to join the Finance Direct Distribution team.   The team is responsible for providing decision support to the Midwest Area leadership team on distribution compensation, retail capital and resource management matters.   Our mission is to return shareholder value, achieve profitable growth through effectively designed and managed compensation systems, optimize resources in sales channels and drive efficiencies, provide quality budget, forecasting and reporting support, and deliver win-win solutions. This individual will lead efforts in the management of our Direct Distribution headcount and determine efficiencies to effectively allocate resources. Building relationships and partnering with sales, marketing and leadership teams to align with company revenue and growth objectives is a critical focus.
