PX Technology and Analytics Intern


This Intern role is a central part of People Experience (HR), focusing on technology and analytics. Under direct supervision of the Director, Transformation – Technology and Analytics, perform a variety of administrative, clerical functions requiring knowledge of Human Resources operations and procedures. Provide assistance to the Talent department, as well as, internal and external customers. Perform other related work as required.


Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Assist with PX analytics
  • Assist with drafting detailed process flows
  • Assist with reviewing and updating ticketing system
  • Assist with drafting and refining internal standard operating procedures 
  • Assist in creating and updating Tier 0 system-related supporting materials (i.e., how-to guides, FAQs)
  • Assist with projects as they arise
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications include:
  • 0-2 years’ prior experience in a human resources role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Working toward bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Human Resources or interested in Human Resources as field

Compensation & Benefits

A reasonable estimate of hourly rate for this position is $20.00.
