Design Engineer (Rotational Development Program)

Our Design Engineering Development Programs provide the opportunity to gain extensive product design experience through structured 3 - 3.5 year programs. These programs allow you to strengthen your technical expertise, gain process and product knowledge, and build networking skills through hands-on and classroom study. Rotations assigned through these programs may be in Design, Aftermarket, Manufacturing or Quality Engineering as well as Proposals or Technical Support. The experience gained from these programs will prepare you with business and

technical experiences to further your career. Graduates from our engineering development programs typically take full-time roles in Design Engineering, Product Management, Applications Engineering, Quality, and Aftermarket.

Requirements are:

BS or MS: Mechanical, Aerospace, Subsea Engineering.
