Telemarketer B2B *Must be based in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.

Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Tracking business contact lists, explaining the benefits of their products and taking payment information. Maintain financial information confidential.
  • Deliver scripted talks that describe the company’s products or services, a political talking point or charity appeal to persuade potential customers.
  • Recommends (products or services) based on their needs.
  • Explaining products and product prices
  • Answering business information about products
  • Obtaining business information such as name and address for shipping products or delivering services
  • Keeping track of business that has been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
  • Following up on previous business for potential sales
  • Maintaining records of business contacts
  • Completing business surveys to obtain information about potential leads.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Call prospective business by phone, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
  • Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities. Obtain prospects information such as name, address, & email address.
  • Maintains phone time or sales as determined by management.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2-5 years of Telemarketing & Tele Sales work experience is preferred.
  • At least 2-5 years of Sales B2B work experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity Platforms, Software & Security Systems
  • Diploma or equivalent related to IT, Cybersecurity or Engineering.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
  • Communicates effectively on the phone.
  • Uses phone etiquette best practices.
  • Learns about new [products or services] quickly.
  • Knows how to market each [product or service].
  • Works well independently and is good at time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
