The role: 
Join our team as an inquiry support specialist where you will work with prospective and current DMV record inquiry account holders who access DMV records information for their business functions. You will work in a small, highly functioning unit focused on providing excellent customer service while protecting DMV records information from improper disclosure. Apply today!

A day in the life:
·       Answer questions from prospective DMV accounts holders on the process to establish an account and available records and services associated with the account.
·       Answer questions regarding issues with logging in, passwords, system access, error messages, billing and invoice interpretation.
·       Prepare correspondence and maintain files.
·       Assist in accepting payments and setting up accounts once qualification has been approved.
·       Provide support to the Confidential Records Desk including requests from law enforcement agencies for DMV record information.
·       Work with confidential and personal information contained in motor vehicle records.
·       Work is performed in a standard office environment including daily use of office equipment.

What we need:
Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents;
OR
An associate degree in any field; 
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·       Experience working with sensitive or confidential information and guarding against improper disclosure.
