Digital Marketing Intern

Greenlink is currently seeking summer interns who are eager to contribute to a growing organization and develop a range of skills. Greenlink Education is a new startup, which means interns have an opportunity to make meaningful contributions to projects in which they are involved and gain insight into the day-to-day functionings of a growing small business. 

Internship Expectations


Greenlink Education is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to develop a comprehensive and sustained digital marketing initiative. Greenlink strives to enhance its marketing to consumers and potential partners through digital channels, including websites, mobile devices, and social media platforms. The Intern will develop a social media plan for Greenlink Education to build the company’s social media presence, to promote Greenlink’s projects, and help establish Greenlink’s expertise within the sustainability and education sectors.

Intern responsibilities will include: 

  • Identify best online media platforms for the company
  • Develop social media promotional campaigns
  • Conduct marketing analysis of Greenlink offerings and prioritizing resulting recommendations
  • Create and evaluate advertising plans based on product and market research
  • Establish digital media monitoring/tracking systems.
  • Attend regular meetings with company leadership to discuss research and project status
  • Provide support for operational and business development-related tasks at request of company leadership
  • Virtually attend events and relay information to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Recently or currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Knowledge of graphic design and branding strategies a plus 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management abilities
  • Precision, attention to detail
  • Ability to understand complex instructions 
  • Motivated to take on new initiatives

Dates of Position: June-August 2023
Hours: Minimum 120 hours, Flexible schedule 
Compensation: Unpaid 
Location: Remote
