Development
Availability: Hybrid - Tue/Wed/Thur - in office and Mon/Fri - remote
Requirements:  Interest in Maintenance repair processes and management of multifamily sites and preservation, construction, renovation project management processes. Some specific tasks assigned related to site/portfolio of our organization. Some transactional experience is a bonus

Duties: Assist with filing and organizing (in the wake of the corporate move); attend a variety of conference calls for exposure to the overall transaction process; assist with due diligence on new and existing projects; help analyze income and expense metrics along with overall property performance for assets earmarked for rehab; learn the effects of the capital structure on a transaction; tour selected assets and visit with on-site staff at selected assets owned by the Foundation; attend meetings with municipalities and council members as the opportunity arises.
Supervision: Intern will receive routine feedback, special training, mentoring, evaluation, and supervision by a professional with a background in the field.
