The Human Resource Marketing/Communications Intern position will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day communications and operations of the Human Resource department.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Assist and prepare materials for new employee onboarding.
• Prepare and distribute required reports such as employee relations reports and departmental reports.
• Create a variety of communications tools (press releases, invitations, field memos, employee communication, etc.) to promote internal and external events and initiatives.
• Assist with event planning as needed. • Researching and collecting data for various HR and Communications initiatives.
• Advertising all open job positions.
• Prepare key messages for print, video and online media seen by thousands of people daily.
• Perform other related duties as requested by CSS Team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in the field of Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or Management from an accredited college/university
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with a general understanding of data analysis techniques
• Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign experience preferred.
• Video Editing experience preferred.
SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:
• 20+ hours per week
• $15 per hour plus free parking
