Summer Camp Coordinator
Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:
· Assist manager in coordination of summer camp
· Communicate all concerns and needs to the program manager in a timely manner
· Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
· Clerical duties: creating and organizing files, managing existing documents & data entry
· Handle multiple projects
· Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
· Flexible to attend field trips and other recreational activities
· Follow up with emails and phones calls to guest speakers and field trips sites
· Performs other job related duties as assigned
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Patient, enthusiastic, self-controlled and dependable.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Be able to work creatively, independently and collaboratively as a team member
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Proficient in computer skills including Internet, Word and Excel
· High degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information.
· Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background and a drug test screening.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Salary: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
