Farmlink ROOT Fellow

For more information on this opportunity, please see our website!

Who are we?
The Farmlink Project is a non-profit that works to address systemic hunger, food insecurity and climate change. Globally, we grow enough food to feed every person on the planet. Yet every year, a third of that food goes to waste, while millions of families do not have adequate access to healthy and affordable food. Since our founding in April 2020, our team has delivered over 100,000,000+ pounds of produce across 48 states that would have otherwise gone to waste to community distribution centers. And we are just getting started.

Who are you?
We believe change starts with those who are passionate, driven, and willing to act. Our operation is run by people who are inspired by a better future and we guarantee real responsibility from day one.

The ROOT Fellowship is a seasonal, operations-based fellowship. ROOT fellows work remotely on Farmlink's various teams, and are the force that runs Farmlink! Projects include learning about food waste on the frontlines, writing policy, conducting climate research, logistics at scale, impact, investing, and fundraising, to name a few.

We are now recruiting for interested students to join our Sustainability, Food Program, and Media teams.
