RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Issuer Services team focuses on complex public securities corporate action and liability management events globally. 
This Consultant role will focus on assisting the Managing Consultants on routine transactions related to specific issuer services functions, including the following:
  • Analyze and escalating findings related to event documentation
  • Identify risks associated with various corporate action events
  • Learn and understand distribution mechanics related to Issuer Services transactions
  • Handle inquiries 
  • Coordinate launch of events
  • Understand and recreate models/reports
REQUIREMENTS (sample below – feel free to edit):
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or MBA from an accredited college or university.
  • Must be available to start between January 2023 and September 2023
  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively
  • Eager to learn new concepts and receive feedback on performance
  • Flexibility with work schedule is a must - shifts will cover all hours of operations, including beyond ordinary business hours
  • Functional PC (specifically Microsoft Office) skills
  • Legal, financial or technology industry background a plus

The current salary range for this position is $42,000 to $75,000.
