Student Media - client and sales rep

CLIENT & SALES REPRESENTATIVE - STUDENT MEDIA
Kent State Student Media is seeking motivated students to join our sales and client management team for spring 2023 for 10 to 15 hours per week. Our client liaisons are a key part of our tight-knit, 12-person office team that is the heart of Student Media. The successful candidate is organized, works well individually and in teams, has strong oral and written communication skills and loves to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented office. Our next client liaison should be comfortable working directly with clients in the campus and Kent communities.
Job Duties and requirements:
- Manage a client list of 35-40 clients, building relationships with each client to identify effective advertising and marketing strategies at every level
- Coordinate print, digital and social media advertising for clients
- Maintain constant and clear client communications
- Develop ad campaigns across media platforms
- Update software with client information
- 10-15 hours per week, preferably at least 3 hours per day. M-F, between hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
