Project Architect
We specialize in high-end residential custom luxury homes and offer a complete range of architectural design and consultation services including interior design, land planning, and project feasibility studies to our clients.
Ideal candidate must be a self-motivated, creative and detail-oriented individual capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, as well as communicating and working effectively with other team members.
Extensive knowledge and proficiency using AutodeskCAD/BIM Software, Sketch-Up & Adobe Photoshop is required.
Responsibilities:
- Gather all information needed to complete accurate drawings.
- Produce detailed drawings using CAD software.
- Update designs and verify accuracy.
- Preparation of Schematic, Design Development & Construction Documents.
- Coordination with Clients & Consultants.
- Ensure that construction plans are in line with the project specifications.
Qualifications:
- Drawing Skills & Familiarity with Design Software's.
- Minimum 3 years of Architectural Experience.
- Must be Proficient in Architectural Construction Document Production.
- Must be Organized & have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated & work well with all team members.
Education: Bachelor's in Architecture
