  • Experience configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment as well as scheduling and executing the SAP transport system.
  • Collaborates to resolve SAP transport and source code problems. Responsible for the installation, upgrade and maintenance of SAP systems and ancillary components.
  • Evaluates and designs interfaces between SAP and external systems.
  • Maintenance of the SAP Data Dictionary and database objects. Manage the migration of SAP database and application configuration into production as well as analyze, develop, and maintain data architectures/process models within SAP.
  • Generates documentation for and updates to the existing SAP environment and work with IT and business units to modernize the SAP environment. In addition to the knowledge of Cybersecurity, GRC, and AppSec concepts and the SAP tools, the SAP Application Administrators will need the below hands on experience and expertise to execute the day-to-day efforts to maintain the SAP GRC application, manage roles and account management, quickly adjust to new processes and policies/guidelines, be flexible in shifting responsibilities as workload of particular areas shift, and subsume additional AppSec systems that impact their day-to-day activities.
  • Experience in Application security across at least 5 components (PLM/cFolders, ECC, CRM, SRM, Solutions Manager, BW, HANA, SCM/APO, PO, NetWeaver Gateway Hub, Greenlight Technologies, Fiori, BO, JDA, SAS, QLIK, HADOOP or EWM) .and/or SAP GRC Access Controls experience.
  • Knowledge of GRC suites such as SAP GRC, SAP IdM, and Greenlight/Pathlock technologies or GRC suite equivalent.
  • Conducts regular audits to remove unused accounts in accordance with DOD/DLA policy.
  • Advises customers on reasons why they may have trouble using systems/applications from a role level experience.
  • Experience with the DLA Account Management Provisioning System (AMPS) or equivalent industry experience with Oracle provisioning platforms such as OIM, OAM, OIG, etc.
  • Experience integrating and building roles using Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Creates, modifies and/or deletes authorities for users within the SAP, Qlik, JDA/Manugistics, Fiori, SAS, or HADOOP environments.
  • Experience reconciling System access requests to System user permissions and performing cleanup projects of accounts that need reconciliation.
  • Thorough understanding of multiple SAP environments.
  • Participates in developing local policies and procedures that tie to FISCAM, OMB-A123, NIST 800 series, and SOC1/2 auditing requirements.
