Job Summary:
Law School Ai is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Internship Recruiter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, attract, and recruit talented college students for internships within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal and AI industries, as well as excellent communication and networking skills. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential candidates, building relationships with colleges and universities, and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges and universities, attending career fairs and other campus events to promote Law School Ai's internship opportunities.
  2. Create and implement strategies for sourcing, recruiting, and selecting top talent for internships in AI and legal fields.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted internship job descriptions.
  4. Screen and interview potential candidates, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  5. Manage the internship application process, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of internship candidates, including their status in the recruitment process.
  7. Provide ongoing support and guidance to interns during their internship, ensuring a positive and productive experience for both the intern and the organization.
  8. Coordinate with educational institutions to ensure interns receive academic credit when applicable.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in internship recruitment and selection.
Qualifications:
  1. Pursuing or an interest in pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Familiarity with the legal and AI industries.
  3. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
  7. Experience in college recruitment or a similar role is a plus.
