Creative Media Intern - Summer 2023
Join one of the top-producing residential real estate teams at Douglas Elliman to expand your business and marketing knowledge! We're looking for a talented university student with knowledge and passion for social media, communications, and marketing to help manage our team’s branding and social media accounts, grow our online audiences, and further develop our client outreach and databases.
As a member of our close-knit team, you will be fully immersed in the fast-paced and dynamic world of Manhattan residential real estate. You will obtain first-hand experience and mentorship from our team’s top-producing agents and marketing manager.
As an intern on our team, you will:
- Work collaboratively with our marketing manager and our team’s core agents to expand our social media audiences and deepen engagement with current and prospective clients and industry partners through our various social media channels.
- Design print and email marketing for our team’s property listings, including print brochures, email campaigns, and event landing pages.
- Develop and manage the content calendar and feed plans for our team’s Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts, as well as our LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business pages.
- Attend property tours and exclusive real estate industry events along with team agents to capture video footage and photography which you will use to create custom content for social media.
- Participate in event planning and develop creative event marketing campaigns for team’s networking and property marketing events.
Candidates must be able to work in our office in Midtown Manhattan 2-3 days per week. The beginning and ending dates of the internship are flexible, and we will work around your class schedule. There will be an opportunity to extend the internship into the Fall semester. This is a paid position with a starting rate of $15/hr.
