Interior Design Center Coordinator

As a Lifestyle Design Center Coordinator, you will work one on one with our home buyers in selecting their new home finishes. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service through guiding the customer through their design center appointment and informing them on the materials that will be in their home. The most rewarding aspect of this role is playing an integral role in the vision customers have for their home.

  • Are typically upbeat and optimistic and can be flexible to our customers’ needs.  
  • Have patience and take a customer-centered approach to your work. 
  • Research products and changing design trends to remain up to date and knowledgeable about our product offerings. 
  • Can refocus individuals back to the task at hand to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the appointment. 

These skills will be used to: 
  • Assist customers at selection and sign off through the sale-to-start process by providing excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Review all customer agreements prior to the Selections Appointment for build ability.
  • Deliver error-free selection sheets. The selection sheets should clearly communicate the customers' wants and expectations so they can be properly executed.
  • Follow up with customers, Sales Counselors, and Divisions as needed to ensure that selections and sign- offs are accurate and completed on time.
  • Work with Division Managers and Sales Managers to design speculative inventory homes utilizing research on what will be popular for a given community and home plan. 
  • Maintain a presentable Design Center showroom.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree in design or related field
