OverDrive is looking for bright, driven, creative, and out of the box thinkers who want to help create the way reading will be done for the next generation. We are now accepting resumes for a UI/UX Intern.

Responsibilities:
- Audit / assess several OverDrive marketing sites.
- Use traffic analytic data & Google PageSpeed Insights to pin-point demographics, channel sources and potential problems that would cause a lesser user experience.
- High-level analysis of search engine optimization via analytics/Google search console.
- Report keyword and optimization recommendations based on best practices – meta data, open graph, Google keyword planner.
- Analyze heatmaps, testing results and user journeys for websites, making design recommendations (wireframes) based on findings.
- Create detailed report on all findings for each project.
Requirements:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite); familiarity with design, prototype or wireframing software a plus!
- Confident and energetic; professional and team oriented.
- Flexible; ability to respond quickly to changes in project scope or timelines.
- Passion for strategic and critical thinking.
- Reliable transportation (car, bus, carpool).
