Bevin Mairura: my background stems from a social science foundation. I graduated from Baylor University in 2020 and sought out a masters after a gap year. Through Purdue University, I received my M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Though my academic background didn’t end how it started, I have been given the opportunity to work with people and businesses to improve agility, productivity, and other facets of a business.
