Structural Engineer

Tocci Engineering has an excellent opportunity for a Structural Engineer to work in our Rhinebeck, NY

office. We are a unique firm, offering an unparalleled variety of high quality projects in a small company

environment. We design building structures in all materials and at all scales, from brownstone

renovations to high-rise new buildings. Our work is primarily in NYC, the Hudson Valley, and the

Caribbean. We offer a unique opportunity to work outside of the city while having access to top level

This is an in-office position in our Rhinebeck, NY office. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a

quick learner, and able to balance multiple projects and roles. Our unique company structure offers the

Qualifications:

 Master’s degree in Structural Engineering

 PE License preferred

 1+ years of experience with building structures preffered

 Experience with the design of flat plate concrete, timber, steel, and masonry

 Experience with the evaluation of existing structures and renovation work

 Knowledge of NYC Building Code, ACI, AISC and ASCE7

 Proficiency with structural analysis programs, preferably Etabs, SAFE, Risa

 Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit

 Proficiency with Excel and programming in VBA
