Communications Analyst

This is a full time in-person temporary position in Dublin, CA.
 
Communications Analyst jobs require candidates to have excellent communication skills, knowledge of MS Office, and to be able to provide outstanding customer service in a high-volume corporate environment. Responsibilities for the Communications Analyst include but are not limited to:
  • Crisis, Communications, Predictive Intelligence & Analytics
  • Threat Response Program & Guard Initiatives
  • Social Media & Communications Channel Monitoring with Regards to Potential Threats
  • Weather Monitoring/Support & Crisis Management Team (CMT) Process
  • Safe Traveler Support; Monitoring Domestic and International Threats/Potential Traveler Safety/Impact
  • Technology Platforms and Systems
Maintaining a Safe & Secure Environment
  • Support Sr. Analysts/Managers with developing best practices and processes to support emerging risks and threats
  • Responsible for independently assessing and proactively identifying threats and risks to sites, employees and travelers
  • Produce comprehensive intelligence assessments and updates on rapidly developing situations
  • Think critically, respond with urgency, and persuasively while developing content, and communication. Conduct peer reviews of content for all communications that are distributed to field and business partners
  • Effectively executes the Crisis Management Program
  • Maintains content ownership for each targeted audience in all communications to support and model the client’s values
Developing Great Teams & Partnerships
  • Develops strong relationships with field partners and leverages those relationships to ensure communications are high impact, accurate, and relevant
  • Proactively seeks feedback to improve communications by collaborating with peers and leadership
  • Works cross-functionally with various business partner teams; acts as a liaison between field and corporate departments
  • Hold business partners accountable for providing appropriate updates and adhering to processes during large scale crisis events

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Communications Analyst jobs:
  • College Degree required (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Finance, or Business)
  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience and/or Masters’ degree 
  • Proficiency in and knowledge of computer software including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Smartsheet (preferred)
  • Possess strong oral communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively present information to all levels within the team and organization
  • Enthusiastic, positive, creative, self-motivated, open to feedback
  • Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems
  • Dedication, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond
  • Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented
  • Maintains confidentiality concerning all information and projects
