Intern, Purchasing and Procurement
The Purchasing Intern assists with a variety of activities within the department including, Invoice Reconciliation, PO Receiving, and general purchasing activities.
Main Assignments:
- Invoice reconciliation to purchase orders
- Process inventory receipts
- Assist with PREF, CC, and other reporting needs
- Attend meetings and interact with other departments weekly
- Regular onsite attendance is an essential function of this role, but there is a potential opportunity for 50/50 remote work
- Additional duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Actively enrolled Junior/Senior or recent alumni from an accredited university with a concentration in Supply Chain Management and/or Accounting
- Attention to detail and accuracy required; excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent communication and people skills
