What you will do:
· Provide on-site & remote IT support for North America corporate end-user computers/peripherals. This includes imaging, configuring, managing purchases, implementations, upgrades and break/fix for workstations, laptops, phones, and printers.
· Support of corporate client-based software; O365 office Suite, collaboration tools, iSeries, Microstrategy, Adobe suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Cisco VPN, etc.
· Conference room support of hardware and software.
· Deployment of mobile equipment to multiple organizational groups. Includes EMM/MDM deployment, issue and recovery and correct disposal of all equipment.
· Utilize Service Now ITSM to manage the Level 2 incident queue.
· Basic knowledge of networking as it pertains to all aspects of desktop support: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wireless configuration (802.11x).
· Resolve escalations from the IT Service Desk as well as take ownership of issues and ensuring closure is achieved.
· Maintain accurate record keeping of all equipment.
· Create and maintain documentation as it relates to end user processes.
· Provide after-hours support as needed to ensure device/system availability.
· Provide logistical support for loss, damage & termination of corporate equipment.
· Coordinate with HR/IT on the distribution of new equipment for new hires and collection at end of employment.

You'll Need to Have:
· 3+ years’ experience providing corporate-wide end-user Apple & Windows laptops/PCs.
· 2+ years of experience working in a large decentralized, global corporation.
· Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management & Mobile Device Management solutions
· Working knowledge of IT support incident management system. Service Now preferred.
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. This includes working with remote management/team members.
· Strong customer service skills including oral communication and technical writing skills.
· Basic knowledge of implementation and configuration of routers, switches, hubs, access points, firewalls, cabling, servers, and storage in a large network environment.
· Working knowledge of Apple laptops and cell phones a plus.
· Experience with Luxury Retail environment.
