Clinical Summer Operations Intern

Clinical Operations Summer Intern
Hours: Full-time, 35-40 hours/week: 9:00-5:00pm
Location: Downers Grove/Hybrid (but on-site for 60% of the time)
Paid: $18.00/hour

Responsibilities

  • Project work for operations. Building Ops Scorecards, patient journey through each specialty, working closely with team to continue process improvements across the sites.
  • Working closely with process improvement department development and deployment of daily, weekly, and monthly leading and lagging operational metrics. 
  • Working closely with process improvement department deployment and sustainment of check out redesign.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Strong project management and writing skills
  • Knowledge and experience with multimedia content
  • Experience with social media and/or collaboration platforms
  • Interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and teamwork
  • Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Ability to problem solve, prioritize, organize and multitask
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
                                        
EDUCATION and / or CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
 
Rising Junior or Senior pursuing bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in a related field of the internship.
 
EXPERIENCE:
 
Previous customer service experience preferred.
