RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Data entry and database management
- Assist with developing and collecting assessment and evaluation activities
- Assist with program communication
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Assist with marketing and recruitment materials
- Assist with maintaining program website
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Adhere to confidentiality practices within the program regarding student information.
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel/Word), Office 360 Programs, and Qualtrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Admitted to a Minnesota State University, Mankato graduate program by start date.
- Enrolled in a minimum of six (6) graduate credits per semester during assistantship, and in good academic standing.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with social media platforms, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse working and learning environment.
SALARY/STIPEND: Up to $5,000 plus tuition stipends, dependent upon availability of funds, period of appointment, and assignment. Appointments made after the tenth day of classes are not eligible for a tuition waiver.
RELATED INFORMATION:
The position is available to a graduate student at Minnesota State University, Mankato. The position requires a student to work 10 hours per week throughout the academic year. Student should be prepared to work in person and on campus as needed
Minnesota State System policy requires that graduate assistants must reside within the State of Minnesota for the duration of their appointment.
