Netscout is currently seeking interns.

 

We are seeking a talented Student with computer and technology background and major to join our Technical Support Engineer Team this summer from May through July of 2023. This position will be responsible for working with and supporting the Arbor Technical Assistance Center (ATAC) as well as the Arbor Support Lab.

Essential Responsibilities:

-Work closely with the ATAC Team to assist in resolution of technical support issues according to team   procedures and documentation.

-Work with the ATAC lab manager to ensure hardware is functional and up to date on OS, patches and   security.

-Upgrade and downgrade ATAC Lab appliances/deployments as required for customer issue reports.                                                            

-Assist the ATAC Team in replicating customer issues and testing customer configurations in the lab.

-Maintain\clean\document lab to ensure safety and security of the team and the hardware.

-Assist the ATAC Team in creating and maintaining Knowledge Base Content.

 

-Major or Degree in Computer Science or related technology

-Working knowledge of Linux Operating System

-Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and protocols

-Solid analytical/critical thinking skills

-Strong multitasking skills

-Ability to deal with internal/external customers, field sales, others

-Working knowledge of all standard office suite applications

-Strong attention to detail

-Effective organization and time management skills

-Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and process development skills

-Ability to work under pressure and time constraints

-Strong verbal and written communication skills
