Position: Lending Operations Analyst
Location: New York, NY (hybrid)
Pay Rate: Max $26/hr.
Job Description:
Lending Operations Analyst is responsible for the onboarding and ongoing support of our Liquidity Access Line Lending product.
The primary functions include: loan origination, loan document review, document management, researching issues and delivering resolution to our field partners. In addition to the functions listed above the analyst would also expect the following:-Accepting phone calls and emails from field partners-Project Participation/Testing-Process improvement initiatives
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for resourceful and dedicated candidates with one to six years of work experience who possess the following attributes:-Demonstrated track record of achievement with the ability to take initiative in a challenging environment-Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information to a range of audiences-Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks-Adaptable team player-Detail oriented and ability to adhere to strict timelines-Strong organizational and time management skills-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment-Analytical skills-Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources-Ability to proactively contribute towards continued improvements in control, operational efficiency, and industry initiatives-Strong Microsoft Office skills
Optional:-Familiarity with the financial markets and current regulatory landscape-Project management experience-Business analysis skills.
