Participants can start in any of the three rotations based on business needs. The development assignments are:

Development Assignment 1: IELDP - Industrial Engineer
Participants in this role will gain exposure to the manufacturing environment, work with both Industrial and Manufacturing Engineers as well as our supply chain team. The Industrial Engineer is responsible for ongoing process improvement initiatives that deliver excellence across entire value chain. The Industrial Engineer will develop and implement engineered solutions to solve complex process issues and will develop, document, and implement standard work to safely produce high quality products. The IE will also be responsible for line support, area layouts, process definition, equipment justification, selection, and implementation. Participants will partner with a dynamic team to ensure that our engineering processes align with the overall corporate strategy and manufacturing operations goals.

Development Assignment 2: IELDP - Production Supervisor
Individuals will learn activities as a Production Supervisor in their next assignment. In this assignment participants will learn the critical aspects of how manufacturing operations partners with engineering and supply chain to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
