Inside Sales Intern (Summer 2023)

The Inside Sales Intern will assist Global Insides Sales in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and early engagement opportunities.   
• Research and generate lists of potential customers – Linked In, Zymewire, BioPharma Insight, Google Alerts/Searches 
• Perform Outreach activity to potential customers 
• Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature 
• Help develop client relationships through early engagement 
• Learn and apply sales techniques 
• Maintain sales records – CRM - SalesForce" 
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team 
• Willingness to learn, be mentored, and improve 
• Exceptional customer focus 
• Desire to learn and gain knowledge in CRO space 
• Previous experience with CRMs preferred 
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree 
• Appropriate verbal and written communication skills to function within a professional work environment. 
• Evidence of effective problem – solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. 
• Proficiency in alignment with the desired role placement 
• Evidence of strong teamwork and communication skills
