Licensing Compliance Technician

The License Permit Technician 2 is an essential team member in the Records and Driver Control Services Bureau (RDC). The successful candidate will be tasked with learning business standards and procedures to support daily operations giving the business the ability to reallocated resources in support of specific project needs.

Project needs include receiving, recording, and routing incoming mail, assisting the public and imaging/indexing all documents processed by the bureau. If you have a customer-centric nature, are self-motivated and strive to promote a positive work environment, we want you on our team!

This is a temporary, modified position that will provide daily operational support to the Motor Vehicle Division as they implement new software.

The anticipated end date for this position is July 2024.
 
Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • One-year customer service experience
  • One-year computer and software systems experience including a variety of word processing, database, and other business software applications and reviewing, verifying, and processing documents
  • Other combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis
