Residential Supervisor - Monday-Friday, 3:00-11:00 pm (East Boston)

We are hiring Residential Supervisor for our program. This individual engages team members in program activities with residents, oversee Family Partners and provides leadership and support while encouraging growth and development, and participates in Individual Treatment Plans. Other duties of the Supervisor ensure that the program maintains a welcoming environment for our residents and resident needs are met and support with case management.
Sign-On Bonus of $3000! Employees will receive a bonus of $1500 after the first 30 calendar days after the first day of employment. The second bonus of $1500 will be given after a successful period of 6 month following date of hire. Retention guidelines do apply.
Requirements:
- 3 years of supervisory experience required
- 3 years direct care experience required; residential experience preferred
- Driver's License required
