International Partner Marketing Intern
The International Partner Marketing team is seeking an intern who wants to gain knowledge and experience working in a global marketing team. In their role, the intern will conduct market research, analyze marketing data, and brainstorm strategies for reaching different segments of Alarm.com’s international markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The International Partner Marketing Intern’s primary job responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating marketing channels in international markets.
- Collecting and presenting information and forming recommendations.
- Finding and contacting vendors for quotes, shipping, and service estimates.
- Attending marketing meetings and taking notes on dealer needs.
- Data entry and analysis.
- Auditing and organizing partner marketing materials.
- Communicating with design and product marketing teams.
- Assist with event coordination and shipping of goods/giveaways.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing or recently attained a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a language (English, Spanish, Japanese, etc).
- Ideal candidates will have strong communication and writing skills, an analytical mindset, and creativity.
- Ability to identify trends, break down data, and find key insights.
- Microsoft Office proficiency for day-to-day tasks is required. CMS, Web Design, or Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
- Must be able to learn quickly and possess strong observational skills. International team members are expected to interface with a wide variety of cultures and personality types.
- Bilingual candidates preferred.
